About The Position
INTEGRIS Health is hiring a full-time, day-shift LPN for Baptist Medical Center Women's Health in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The LPN Clinic Nurse delivers patient care using the nursing process under physician supervision and must demonstrate population-specific competencies. The role adheres to applicable National Patient Safety Goals and promotes patient satisfaction and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Current Oklahoma LPN license or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- BLS certification issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to patient assessment and reassessment.
- Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate patient care interventions.
- Monitor for signs and symptoms related to abnormal laboratory values and deviations from baseline assessments.
- Report changes in patient status to the physician and initiate new physician orders as directed.
- Promote patient satisfaction and ensure patient confidentiality.
