About The Position

This is a new assignment for an LPN in Clarion, PA, with a start date of 10/12/2026 and a duration of 13 weeks. The role involves functioning as the primary medication nurse, engaging in safe medication administration, facilitating groups, conducting observation rounds, and performing focused assessments as delegated by the Charge RN. The shift is an 8-hour evening and day shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend.
