The LPN position works 6:45pm - 7:15am, 3 days per week, including every other weekend and holiday as scheduled. The role involves administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring resident needs, and updating care plans. LPNs also supervise nursing assistants and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. This position is part of the QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) efforts and Trauma Informed Care initiatives within the organization. Non-essential functions include assisting with therapies, personal services for residents, clerical duties, and unit cleaning.
