About The Position
The LPN will provide skilled care in a long-term care setting in Kremmling, Colorado. This is a 91-day night-shift assignment with an estimated start date of November 16, 2026, scheduled for three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Convergence Medical Staffing supports travelers with job-search and credentialing tools through its mobile app, transparent communication, and responsive service.
