As an LPN at our Quakertown inpatient rehab center, you will play an essential role in delivering treatment to adult men seeking recovery in a structured setting. Clients receive therapy, medical care, and education to help overcome personal issues and work toward sustained sobriety. We offer comprehensive addiction treatment and integrate holistic approaches to substance use recovery. Requirements

  • Current, unencipent LPN license in Pennsylvania required.
  • Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required.
  • Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Background or experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred.
  • Experience in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Properly communicate and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.
  • Complete initial Nursing Assessments for new admissions.
  • Administer medications and be knowledgeable about withdrawal management protocols.
  • Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol.
  • Provide medication education to clients.
  • Coordinate and support medical providers during initial assessments and medication management appointments.
  • Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
  • Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
