About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an LPN to provide skilled nursing care to adult clients in their homes. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and work a schedule they choose, delivering one-to-one care with autonomy. Clients may need advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA provides paid training to help nurses build the skills and confidence needed for this care. Pay is $30–$35 per hour.

Available shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, on first, second, or third shift. The role is available PRN, part-time, or full-time, with the option to work as little as one shift per week.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home nearby according to a chosen schedule.
• Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide care and perform nursing skills with autonomy in the home.
