About The Position
Elderwood at Lancaster is hiring nurses and CNAs. They are a 96-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) offering comprehensive, personalized orthopedic, cardiac, and post-surgical rehab programs including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. This role involves managing the daily clinical regimen of each resident and sub-acute patient, providing advanced care in a home-like setting, and gaining extensive clinical experience. Requirements
- Current LPN license/Certificate required in New York State.
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others.
- Caring, respectful attitude toward residents.
- Physical stamina for constant activity.
- Ability to perform tasks to established standards of excellence.
