About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join their team. They are one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, specializing in rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services, potentially including supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments within a skilled nursing unit or facility.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus!
Responsibilities
