About The Position

Recovery starts with compassionate care. At CHC Addiction Services, our nurses do more than administer medications—they build trust, offer encouragement, and help patients take the next step in their recovery journey. We're looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team. Requirements

• Current Ohio LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Administer methadone and buprenorphine
• Provide direct nursing care
• Perform EKGs and blood draws
• Collect urine drug screens
• Room patients and assist providers
• Complete electronic charting
• Follow up with patients as needed
• Assist with administrative duties
