About The Position
LPN needed for night shift. Responsibilities include handling trach's, Wound Vacs, IV, admissions, discharges, and managing high turnover at a busy facility. LPN is expected to work with 1 Nurse and 2 Aides, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:25 when fully staffed. Manage mechanical lifts as the facility does not permit manual lifting. Ensure proper patient care with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:12 or 1:13 when fully staffed.
