LPN Part-Time
About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility in Thornton, Colorado. Duties may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medication passes, and providing treatments. The facility provides rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Open schedules include part-time 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shifts on Friday and Monday, or Saturday and Sunday; and full-time 6 a.m.–2 p.m. shifts Wednesday through Saturday, or 2 p.m.–10 p.m. shifts with a rotating weekend schedule or Sunday through Thursday. The hourly rate range is $31–$39. Healthcare benefits, vision and dental coverage, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off are offered to full-time employees. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
