About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hillcrest Hospice team in Lincoln. Hospice nursing is about more than providing clinical care. It’s about bringing comfort, dignity, reassurance, and support to patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful stages. As a Hospice LPN, you’ll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with patients and families while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- Hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with each patient’s individualized hospice plan of care.
