About The Position
Lakeside Post Acute is hiring Full-Time LPNs for 12-hour shifts. We are looking for individuals passionate about patient care and dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
- May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
