About The Position
Supervises nurse aides in providing care, meals, and activities for registrants. Provides nursing care and documents in accordance with policies and procedures, and ensures the safety and well-being of the registrants. Updates responsible party of change in registrant's condition and documents accordingly. Assists with coordinate transportation for registrants.
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
