About The Position
Join the caring team at St. Agnes Home and feel the difference every shift. This position offers an overnight schedule with 3/12's from 6:45pm to 7:15am. We are looking for individuals who prioritize compassion, teamwork, and respect.
Requirements
- Valid LPN in the state of Missouri
- Experience in Long Term Care
- Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug test
- Ability to reliably commute to this job’s location
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized care to our cherished residents
- Lead and mentor team members while fostering a positive, professional environment
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to support resident wellbeing
- Be a hands-on leader who is willing to work alongside the team
