About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring LPNs for various shifts. They are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join their family. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervising nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.
Requirements
- Current, unencunbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
