About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Full Time position in Skilled Nursing. This role involves delivering care and services to residents by identifying their needs, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating outcomes. The LPN will perform personal care as needed, collaborate with the care team to resolve resident care problems and enhance care delivery, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities. The position operates on three 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Requirements

Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
Current First Aid certification or willingness to become First Aid certified.
Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocation Nurse.
Prior experience working with geriatric clients.
Food handlers certification, where required.
