About The Position

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Skilled Nursing unit. The LPN will be responsible for delivering care and services to residents by identifying resident needs, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating outcomes and conditions. This role involves performing personal care for residents as needed, communicating and collaborating with the care team to resolve resident care problems, enhance care delivery, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
Current First Aid certification or willingness to become First Aid certified.
Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocation Nurse.
Prior experience working with geriatric clients.
Food handlers certification, where required.
