About The Position

The Charge Nurse supervises daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading a team while staying involved in direct care, is confident handling clinical responsibilities and decision-making, communicates clearly and works well under pressure, and is compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
