Requirements

Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proof of graduation from an accredited nursing school with an Ohio LPN License.
Valid driver's license - good driving record required.
Ability to commute/relocate to Toledo, OH 43615: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
