ONC LPN
About The Position
Las Ventanas, a HumanGood community in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking an on-call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN is responsible for residents’ nursing needs while incorporating the community’s Philosophy for Person-Directed Care and helping maintain a safe, healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in residents’ daily rhythms. The role includes helping develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keeping team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction. This is an on-call position with days and times that vary. Compensation is $29 to $34 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN license in the state of application, or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute care is preferred.
- New graduates are welcome.
