About The Position
Wingate Residences at Silver Lake is an assisted living facility that is part of Wingate Living, a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. They offer a blend of healthcare and hospitality through a full continuum of premier services. The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans, ensuring high-quality care delivery. The Wellness Nurse will also assist with compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
- LPN license in the state of facility required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Experience with geriatric care desired.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans.
- Ensures that care is delivered with the highest quality.
- Assists with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
- Assists Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A staff.
