About The Position
Boulder Post Acute is hiring Full-Time LPNs to join their team in Boulder, CO. They offer an environment where staff can get to know patients and team members, and where staff feel valued. The role involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments.
Requirements
- Current, unencunbranced license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
