About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an LPN to provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. Clients may have a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA offers paid training to help nurses build the confidence and knowledge needed to provide care in this setting. The role pays $30–$35 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, with shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours and first-, second-, or third-shift options. PRN, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, including the option to work as little as one shift per week.

Requirements

• Current, valid nursing license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule of your choosing.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Perform nursing skills autonomously in the home.
