About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years. As a nonprofit, employees are not concerned about company mergers, acquisitions, or new leadership teams. This role involves private duty nursing, which means working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client for the entire shift. Nurses will work with local clients, resulting in short commutes. Common diagnoses encountered include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Must comply with all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care for clients.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one client per shift.
• Care for patients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
