About The Position

Beloved Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time LPN for a Monday-Thursday night shift. This role offers a consistent schedule with long weekends every week, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to care for seniors. DailyPay options and a full benefits package are available. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, complete documentation, supervise CNAs, and assist with admissions and discharges, ensuring compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Active Missouri LPN license (required)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
