About The Position
Sierra Post Acute is hiring LPNs to provide patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing unit or facility. The role may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medications, and providing treatments. The position is part of a team committed to improving the lives of residents and coworkers. Open schedules include full-time day shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, or Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; and a part-time night shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Saturdays. The listed rate range is $30–$40. Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, including vision and dental, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
