About The Position

West Village Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in its 132-bed skilled nursing facility in Greenville, South Carolina. The role includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive resident outcomes. The position is part-time, with an advertised second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Eight-hour or 12-hour shifts are available.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused, dependable, and professional approach.
• Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in their condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Use PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
