About The Position
Freedom Caregivers is looking for an LPN to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to use nursing knowledge and experience in a non-medical home care environment with greater flexibility and work-life balance. The position involves caregiver oversight, caregiver training, client support, care plan development, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, dependable, and ready to apply their nursing experience in a new way, away from the traditional bedside nursing environment.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Basic computer/tech knowledge and ability to use EMR for documentation
