About The Position
Skylake Post Acute is hiring a Part-Time LPN for shifts on Sunday and Monday from 2pm-10pm. As one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, Skylake Post Acute is a leading provider of rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. The role involves providing LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility, which may include supervising nurse assistants and administering medications and treatments.
Requirements
- Current, unencunbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May include supervision of nurse assistants
- Medication passes and treatments
