About The Position
The Living Centers, North and South, Skilled Nursing Facilities in Geneva NY, have FT and PT LPN Positions available. Shifts include a choice (based on availability) of Day/Eve Rotations, Day/Night Rotations, Eve and Night. As an LPN at The Living Center North or The Living Center South, you will be supported by a team of empathetic and caring leaders, whose goals are to help you succeed and advance in your career.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit (we accept new grads)
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
- Follows defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintains a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff.
- Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education and in-service programs.
- The LPN shall have the ability to provide care to geriatric residents.
