About The Position
The Living Centers, North and South, Skilled Nursing Facilities in Geneva NY, have FT and PT LPN Positions available. As an LPN at The Living Center North or The Living Center South, you will be supported by a team of empathetic and caring leaders, whose goals are to help you succeed and advance in your career.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit (we accept new grads)
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
- Follows defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintains a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff.
- Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education and in-service programs.
- The LPN shall have the ability to provide care to geriatric residents.
