About The Position

In Conjunction With The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

• IV Certification.
• LPN With Current Missouri Practical Nurse License Or Current Practical Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families.
• Plans and implements appropriate interventions.
• Evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
