Requirements

• A current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to our residents, with a focus on person-centered approaches.
• Excellent clinical skills and a strong, foundational understanding of nursing principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a clear commitment to teamwork.
• The ability to thrive and remain composed in a fast-paced yet incredibly rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and skill, genuinely enhancing the well-being of our residents every single day.
• Collaborate seamlessly with experienced RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals in a positive and encouraging environment where teamwork is paramount.
• Apply your comprehensive nursing expertise in critical areas like medication administration, meticulous wound care, thorough assessments, and more, all while upholding the highest standards of care.
