About The Position

In an inpatient setting, remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system. Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care. Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD. Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication. FT positions available 36 Hours In conjunction with RN team provide direct patient care to moderate-high risk antepartum and post-partum women; as well as women experiencing gynecologic surgery. Commitment to customer focused, family centered care with strong emphasis on patient/family teaching. In addition to good clinical competence must possess good interpersonal skills, strong prioritization and organizational skills.
