Requirements
- Must be a License Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington and have a current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
- 1-year experience working in a care setting.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic charting.
- Experience working with mental health & chemical dependency clients.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals who are homeless or low-income and those experiences chronic behavioral health challenges or having histories of involvement in legal system(s)
Responsibilities
- Providing quality health care services to all clients including managing somatic conditions, medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
- Performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost-effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
