About The Position
Homecare Nurses Needed for Day and Night Shifts in Gilman, IL. Up to 5 Nights/Week 11:00pm - 5:00am. Sunday & E/O Saturday 7:00 am-5:00 pm. Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
