About The Position

Brookdale Niskayuna is seeking an LPN Wellness Coordinator to assist in overseeing the clinical department. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will help manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to verify that residents' activities of daily living (ADLs) and healthcare needs are met. You will ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and are receiving quality care as their needs change.

Requirements

LPN license
Experience in a clinical department
Ability to manage day-to-day clinical services
Ability to verify resident needs and care
Ability to ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity
