About The Position

Brookdale is looking for a compassionate, motivated LPN who is ready to grow beyond direct patient care and develop into a clinical leader. As an LPN Supervisor (Resident Care Coordinator or Wellness Director), you'll work alongside an experienced leadership team to oversee resident care, coach caregivers, and help ensure our residents receive exceptional service every day. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact while building the skills needed for future leadership opportunities within Brookdale. Requirements

• Current LPN license (RN also welcome to apply)
• One or more years of nursing management experience (Unit Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for serving older adults

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day clinical operations.
• Supervise and mentor caregivers and medication technicians.
• Assist with resident assessments and individualized care planning.
• Partner with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure quality clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Help train, coach, and develop care staff.
• Step in to support the team and residents when needed.
