About The Position
The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) provides leadership and oversight for Assisted Living, Terrace Club and/or Reminiscence neighborhoods. This role ensures high-quality, resident-centered care through service planning, team leadership and collaboration with clinical partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
- Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans
- Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs
- Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed
- Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers
- Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
- Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
- Manage department budget, labor and expenses
- Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
- Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement
