About The Position
Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Full-time LPN Supervisor who will be responsible for the activities of assisted living and/or memory care during a specific shift under the direction of a Registered Nurse. In this role you will participate in assessment, implementing, and documenting resident care as ordered by the physician. You will also direct and oversee the functions of CNAs and CNA Med Techs.
Requirements
- NC LPN License
- 3-5 Years of experience as an LPN
- 2 Years of supervisory experience.
- Clinical experience in an assisted living environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operation and administration of Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
- Assist and support the clinical care coordinator and AL care coordinator
- Oversee and direct the care activities of CNAs and CNA Med Techs.
- Provide direct patient care.
