About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled caregiver to assist a disabled child at home and at school. The client is blind, deaf, has limited mobility, and has a G-tube. Expected assistance to be provided to the client includes, but is not limited to: Incontinence care - changing and providing hygiene when needed, Assisting with clothing change if needed, Light bathing when needed, such as wiping the client's face or hands of food or drink spills, G-tube feedings and tube care, Engage in play, supervision, and conversation, Regular communication to the client's family regarding daily activities and any changes in the client's status.

Requirements

• 1+ to 2 years of experience
• Some college education

Nice To Haves

• Licensure as LPN preferred
• Previous care-giving experience with pediatric clients preferred

Responsibilities
