About The Position
IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages. We focus on 1:1 patient care in small towns, where you'll be caring for neighbors and community members. We offer flexible schedules, a supportive team, and opportunities for skill growth, even if you're new to trach/vent care. Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
- Current CPR certification (in-person only)
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months

- Been a while or never worked with trach/vent but want to learn
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs (including trach/vent) across all ages.
- Support families.
- Ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Perform home safety assessments prior to care.
