Requirements
- An active Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and your scope of practice.
- Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate clinical updates to the appropriate team members.
- Support and collaborate with nursing assistants and other clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
- Maintain accurate documentation while helping implement individualized care plans.
- Promote a safe, respectful environment that protects resident dignity, privacy, and well-being while following all applicable policies and standards.
