About The Position
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking reliable and skilled LPNs or RNs to provide high-quality in-home care for patients. Nurses must have experience in the home health setting and be able to work independently while following care plans.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a home care or home health agency preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care according to the patient’s plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
- Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
