About The Position
Mason Wright Senior Living is looking for a caring and experienced LPN or RN to join our Health & Wellness team. This is a full-time position with 32 hours per week. If you enjoy working with older adults, supporting families, and being part of a team that makes a difference, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- 1–2 years of experience with older adults and/or dementia
- At least 2 years of experience supervising CNAs, HHAs, RCAs, or similar staff
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Assisted living experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident health, safety, and well-being
- Complete resident assessments, care plans, and documentation
- Oversee medication management and conduct weekly medication audits
- Train and support RCAs in the SAMM medication program
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
- Respond to health concerns and emergency situations
- Support staff training, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and quality care
