About The Position
Tamarisk Senior Living is seeking compassionate Per Diem RNs and LPNs to join our Wellness Team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional care to older adults while supporting residents' health, independence, and quality of life in a warm, mission-driven community.
Requirements
- Current Rhode Island RN or LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition
- Complete assessments and documentation
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and caregivers
- Support and educate direct care staff
- Assist with care planning and wellness initiatives
- Ensure resident dignity, rights, and confidentiality are always maintained
