About The Position

Integrity Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role involves one-on-one patient care in their homes and communities, focusing on routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. The position offers flexible scheduling and is initially part-time with the potential to grow to full-time. Patients are located in Jasper County, MO, and surrounding counties including McDonald, Newton, Lawrence, Barton, and Vernon Counties. The role does not involve nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. A company car is provided for travel to and from the Joplin office, or mileage reimbursement is available for personal vehicle use.

Requirements

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup.
• Conduct general health assessments for patients in their homes and communities.
• Help patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Schedule visits accordingly within the month.
• Serve patients reliably in Jasper County MO and surrounding counties.
