Immediate Opening for Part Time LPN/RN - In Home visits + flexible scheduling
About The Position
Integrity Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role involves one-on-one patient care in their homes and communities, focusing on routine skilled nursing visits for medication setup and general health assessments. The position offers flexible scheduling with approximately 10 weekly visits, with the potential to grow the caseload up to full-time. Visits are typically 30-60 minutes long and are scheduled by the nurse within a month. The role does not involve nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. A company car is available for use, or mileage reimbursement for a personal vehicle.
Requirements
- Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
- 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup.
- Conduct general health assessments for patients in their homes and communities.
- Help patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Schedule visits accordingly within the month.
- Serve patients in Jasper County MO and surrounding counties including McDonald, Newton, Lawrence, Barton & Vernon Counties.
