About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dynamic and compassionate LPN to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The role uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, completes initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. Benedictine is a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica, guided by Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Requirements
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
